Extensis fonts not working. What can I do? Clear your browsers cache. The issues is the Google account the Extensis Fonts add-on is associated with is not the default account set in your browser where the add-on was installed. Plug-ins showing as up-to-date, but still not working: Try uninstalling and reinstalling the plug-in for the Adobe Creative Cloud application where auto-activation isn't working. This can also happen if you have migrated from Universal Type Client to Connect Fonts without updating the plug-ins. I worked through a whole session with their tech folks and they determined it was Illustrator (and then they washed their hands of the problem).
