I have checked for voltage at the coil and at distributor and have 12 volts. It has an aftermarket computer. Plugged the advance wire back in and Engine was idling fine but would not increase RPMs without it Your at crank spark advance is going to be less than what the ecm commands by one degree. A faulty ECM or wiring can cut spark and fuel signals.
