Utorrent bandwidth test failed. (10060)-Tested with all locations, and all speeds. I have followed all instructions on the setup guide, including: enabling protocol encryption, authorizing utorrent with my Windows firewall, trying out various torrents, etc. However first time configure so I enabled the encryption like the welcome page said and then ran a speed test again to the closest location, which was failing before.
